Daniel Häusermann specializes in public and private M&A, equity capital markets (ECM) and real estate transactions. He also advises on corporate and capital markets law and corporate governance. He has been partner at Homburger since 2021 and Co-head of the Healthcare/Life Sciences team since 2024. Daniel Häusermann is also a professor (Titularprofessor) of private and business law at the University of St. Gallen and has authored two books and over 40 articles. He regularly speaks at conferences in and outside Switzerland.
