Claude Lambert's practice focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, private and public mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. He is an Authorized Issuers' Representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange. He is experienced in a broad range of transactions, including trade sales, tender offers, IPOs, rights offerings and financings.
