He has played a leading role in all recent high-profile mergers in the energy sector and been a key adviser in the consolidation of private healthcare services.

• Advised the sellers - ultimately the seven majority owners of Incomas Holding ApS and its subsidiary In Commodities A/S - in connection with the sale of 5.5 % of the shares in Incomas Holding ApS to ELQ Investors III Ltd., which is ultimately owned by Goldman Sachs
• Advised Bornholms Energi og Forsyning Holding A/S (ultimately the regional municipality of Bornholm) in the sale of El-Net Øst A/S to TREFOR Infrastruktur A/S
• Advised Eniig in the Norlys merger with SE (both are Danish cooperatives operating within the energy sector)
• Advised the Eniig group in the acquisition of El-net Randers A/S and El-net Hillerød A/S from Verdo A/S as well as the concurrent sale of Eniig Varme A/S to Verdo A/S
• Advised Eniig Energi A/S in the acquisition of HMN Naturgas A/S (joint acquisition with SEAS-NVE Holding A/S)
