Christian has advised clients on several landmark and trend-setting capital markets- and M&A transactions in Denmark within e.g. telecommunications, food, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. He also frequently advises Danish businesses on acquisitions aboard and other international transactions. In recent years, Christian has advised on a number of cases which have decisively influenced corporate and capital markets regulation in Denmark.

The core of Christian's advice is a combination of thorough legal knowledge and a strong understanding of clients' commercial goals. He aims to attain clients' targets quickly and carefully. Since his transactions are often “once-in-a-lifetime transactions”, the involvement of experienced advisers is crucial.
