Began his career at the firm in 2015 and became Partner in 2021. His practice mainly focuses on commercial and corporate, capital markets, debt securities and regulatory. He currently serves as member of the bond review committee of a local trading platform, and member of the supervisory committee of a local banking institution. Lecturer at a number of law faculties.

• Advising the Client from pre-application stage to the successful reception of the regulatory license, working extensively with the Client on all matters related to the application of establishing a financial institution / an exchange in Macau.
• Acted as Macau legal counsel to Agricultural Bank of China Macao Branch (issuer) in its bond issue and listing of MOP 1,000,000,000 1.15 per cent. Notes due 2023 on “MOX”. The first transaction with green bonds in Macau to be priced on the Macau Interbank Offered Rate (Maibor).
