• Advised Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) and Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) on a USD260 Million Senior Secured Term Loan Facility to Hyperion Storage Holdings Corporation (Hyperion) for the indirect acquisition by MPIC and KIT of Philippine Tank Storage International (Holdings) Inc. (PTSI), an entity that wholly owns Philippine Coastal Storage and Pipeline Corporation (PCSPC) (operator of the largest independent petroleum product storage facility in the Philippines).
• Philippine transaction counsel for a USD2.0 Billion, 5-year Senior Secured Term Loan Facility to Grab Holdings Inc. (as Parent Borrower) and Grab Technology LLC (as US Borrower)
• Assisted a consortium led by Filinvest Development Corporation in the financing by China Banking Corporation of the operation and maintenance of the Clark International Airport
