Mr. Riturban specializes in highly regulated industries, having advised both local and foreign clients on their investments in mining, natural resource development, power generation, infrastructure development, and banking. He has likewise acted as counsel for the private sector in connection with public-private partnership projects of the Philippine government.

• Advised the Sole Issue Manager and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the US$741 Million Preferred Share Offering of San Miguel Corporation;
• Advised Meralco Powergen Corporation in connection with its Php7.1 billion acquisition of 20% interest in Global Business Power Corporation;
• Advised Metro Pacific Investments Corporation in connection with its PHP22.4 Billion acquisition of 6.6% equity stake in MERALCO.
