• Advising Flughafen Graz Betriebs GmbH on approvals for a 25.1-hectare PV system to supply the airport with CO₂-neutral energy. Our mandate covers energy, planning, building, and nature conservation law, as well as aviation and constitutional issues in one of Austria’s first airport-scale PV projects.
• Advising the Vienna Health Fund (Wiener Gesundheitsfonds) in proceedings before the Vienna Administrative Court concerning the implementation of a bowel cancer screening programme. The advice included legal aspects of public health administration and procurement law.
• Advising the City of Vienna on procurement procedures for innovative PCR “Lollipop” tests for infants during the COVID-19 pandemic. The advice included emergency and EU-wide procedures as well as representation before the Vienna Administrative Court.
