Andrea Chee

From working at a Magic Circle firm in Hong Kong to being a partner in a leading Singapore law firm to founding AEI Legal, Andrea has represented corporate clients large and small for over 20 years.

Some of her headline projects include representing Mitsui & Co., Ltd in a joint venture project for a billion-dollar real estate development project in Singapore’s central business district, and advising Singapore household names Sheng Siong and JUMBO Seafood on their initial public offerings. Andrea also advised on one of the first venture capital deals to use Singapore’s model VIMA documents, an investment by Temasek and Sequoia.

She is the first lawyer to pass the Business Valuation exams administered by the Singapore Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, and is also an Accredited Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute.
