Highlights

The Banking & Finance team advises AYEN AS Energji as Borrower in a syndicated financing agreement with four Albanian banks for an amount of up to EUR 110 million which will be used for the refinancing of the construction of a hydropower plant. The transaction closed in October 2024.  

The firm also advised NOA Cooperatief U.A. and NOA Holdings N.V. in the sale of their entire participation in NOA Sha. The transaction closed in December 2024.
