Highlights 

The Banking & Finance team advised Alpha Trains on its 1.3 billion EUR debt raise through a combination of rated private placement debt and bank debt under their existing common terms platform, for the refinancing of its existing debt as well as raising additional debt for CapEx and growth. The transaction closed in July 2024. 

In M&A, the firm advised IKAV, an international asset management group headquartered in Germany, in entering a consortium with VTTI to acquire a majority stake in Terminale GNL Adriatico Srl. The transaction closed in December 2024.
