Highlights  

The firm's recent work includes providing comprehensive legal services to Global Investment Administration on its Vietnamese business operations, with a focus on share custody, margin lending and collateralised loan structures.  

In a separate mandate, the firm advised Solenis Vietnam Company on restructuring its financing, preparing loan agreements to convert a short-term facility into a mid-term loan, and providing full advisory and translation services.
