Highlights

The firm advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) on a financing agreement for the development and long-term investment of a Puro Hotel in Budapest. The transaction is currently ongoing. 

The M&A team advised Chengdu Datang Communication Cable Co., Ltd on the establishment of its Hungarian subsidiary, Zettanet Kft., and the acquisition of a 25,000 sqm industrial site in Kisbér, Hungary. The transaction closed May 2024.
