Established in 1950, Schoenherr is a leading Austrian firm with a European network that includes offices in 15 jurisdictions. In Croatia the firm is based in Zagreb and established in 2001. The firm has a particular focus on project development and financial and corporate deals.

Highlights 

The firm advised Siemens Energy Holding B.V. on joint venture agreement with KONČAR - Elektroindustrija d.d. (ZSE, KOEI) for the production of transformer tanks. The agreement was signed in July 2024 and the first completion was executed in March 2025. 

The team also advised a fund managed by Invera Equity Partners on a EUR 9 million growth equity investment in Entrio Tehnologije. The transaction closed in June 2024.
