Highlights 

The firm is currently advising United Group B.V. (UG) as issuer on the Bulgarian aspects of multiple issues of Senior Secured Notes (SSNs) under New York law. While some work was completed in May 2024, other workstreams are ongoing. 

The M&A team advised e& on the acquisition of a controlling stake in PPF Telecom Group's assets in Bulgaria, Hungary, Serbia and Slovakia, Yettel and CETIN entities in Bulgaria, Hungary and Serbia and O2 and O2 Networks in Slovakia. The transaction closed in July 2024.
