Highlights 

Politis & Partners advised Eurobank in connection with the US$42.2 million financing of an SPV controlled by a Greek energy group developing a 39.95 MW wind park in Greece. The deal closed in 2024. 

The firm advised V+O Group on a corporate restructuring, facilitating the acquisition deal between V+O and SEC Newgate, with SEC Newgate acquiring 70% of V+O Group over a five-year period. The deal spanned Greece, Italy, Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, and Cyprus.
