Highlights 

The firm advised a banking consortium on the financing to the global investment firm Actis for their acquisition of a carved-out tower portfolio from Telekom Srbija. The transaction closed in January 2024. 

The firm also advised on a transaction involving United Media Group and the local TV and press outlet "Vijesti."
