Highlights

The firm advised United Group B.V. on the sale of SBB doo Belgrade. The transaction closed in April 2025. 

The team also advised clients on Serbian law in regards to their capacity as finance parties with an English law governed facilities agreement. The agreement was signed in June 2024.
