Highlights 

In Banking & Finance, the firm advised a pool of domestic and international lenders in the context of a restructuring of an approx. EUR 400 million facility transaction granted in favour of a special vehicle belonging to Italian State owned Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. The transaction closed in March 2024. 

In M&A, the firm advised UK Private Equity Fund Inspired Education on a series of transactions, including the acquisition of real estate property for schools in Monza and Como and long-term leases of an international baccalaureate center and a theater.
