In Capital Markets, the team advised Hoop Capital in a project that led to the creation of Hoop Club, a holding of entrepreneurs structured in the club deal formula, focused on investments in Italian small-cap listed companies. The transaction was valued at 15,000,000 EUR and closed in June 2024. 

In M&A, the team advised En.It Group, a leading international group active in the development, management build and operation of renewable energy facilities, in the sale of a company developing a 200 MW battery stroage facility in Italy. The transaction was announced in December 2024 and is valued at more than 10,000,000 EUR.
