Kovačević Prpić Simeunović

Established in 2014, Kovačević Prpić Simeunović is a business focused firm based in Zagreb. The firm is part of the CEE law firms alliance. The firm has a particular focus on project development and financial and corporate deals.

Highlights 

The firm advised MLIN I PEKARE d.o.o. in the process of the takeover of Čakovečki mlinovi, d.d. in cooperation with pensions funds management companies. The takeover bid was completed in October 2024 and the reverse merger takeover process is currently ongoing. 

Working with Winston & Strawn LLP, the team also assisted Hikma Pharmaceuticals, in a multinational transaction involving the acquisition of assets in the United States and a 100% share interest in a Croatian R&D center in Zagreb. The transaction closed in September 2024.
