In M&A, the firm assisted a buyer in its acquisition of its Bulgarian supplier in a two-phase acquisition. While originally planed for 2026, phase two was accelerated and completed in April 2024. 

The M&A team also advised Ceres Property Services on the local legal aspects of a corporate restructuring in Bulgaria. The transaction closed in May 2024.
