Highlights

KBVL represented Grivalia Hospitality, a Greece-based real estate investment company, on a group-wide cross-border restructuring. The deal involving a review and assessment of numerous credit facilities with multiple lenders. The deal closed in June 2024. 

Elsewhere, KBVL served as legal representative for LAMDA Development, advising on the transformation of the former national airport property, Hellinikon, into a 'smart and sustainable city'. In mid-2025, the project was the largest real estate development underway in Europe.
