Harrisons is a Serbian law firm established in 1999 by Mark Harrison. The firm operates in London, Belgrade and Podgorica. The firm has a focus on both financial and corporate and project development work.

Highlights 

The firm acted as Serbian counsel to a consortium of banks as the Initial Purchases in connection with an offering of of €750,000,000 6.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2031. The work was completed in December 2024. 

The team also advised the lender on the financing to Elektromreža Srbije (EMS) for the refurbishment and digitalization of a substation. The project is currently ongoing.
