Highlights

The firm advised PODRAVKA d.d. on the acquisition of seven vital agricultural companies within the FORTENOVA Group comprising the Group’s agri-business. The transaction closed in January 2025. 

The team is also providing legal support to Allianz ZB d.o.o. for its investment in a public joint stock company incorporated and operating in the Republic of Croatia, Čakovečki Mlinovi, d.d., through the execution of a takeover bid with Allianz ZB d.o.o.’s partners – Mlin i Pekare d.o.o. (MiP) and PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. for Compulsory Pension Funds Management (PBZ). The transaction is currently ongoing.
