The firm acted as legal advisor to HEP d.d. in the strategic renewable energy project financed by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and European Investment Bank. The deal was valued at USD 95 million and closed in August 2024. 

The firm also advised the shareholders in the process of sale of 100 % shares in the Croatian company Oprema Jsc to MICRO MATIC. The deal closed in March 2024.
