Highlights

The firm advised KAUFMANN i HOFMANN Ltd. in relation to amendments to the facility agreement executed between the lender and Erste Group Bank AG and HYPO NOE Landesbank für Niederösterreich und Wien AG. The transaction closed in September 2024. 

The firm also advised the shareholder of a real estate investment company in a comprehensive corporate restructuring. The transaction is currently ongoing.
