Highlights  

Recent examples of the firm’s banking work include advising the borrower in securing an onshore loan from MUFG Bank for investment loan refinancing. This transaction marked MUFG's strategic entry into Indonesia's personal banking sector, requiring development of a novel credit evaluation framework and navigation of complex regulatory requirements. This establishes a new benchmark for personal banking in Indonesia's highly regulated financial landscape.  

Other highlights include advising HSBC in a cross-border financing facility for an international logistics company. The transaction's complexity stemmed from its multi-jurisdictional structure, involving a Singapore-based lender and a borrower group with operating subsidiaries across six Asian countries, including Indonesia.
