Founded in 1977, Gallant is an independent full-service Hong Kong firm with over 40 solicitors and further representative offices in Shanghai and Guangzhou. It is also a member of Meritas, a global alliance consisting of 181 independent law firms.
The firm has entered into a strategy agreement with Guantao Law Firm and formed an association with its Hong Kong office, Guantao & Chow, with effect from 1 April 2024.
The firm is often on the panel list of banks in Hong Kong and is retained by a number of banks and financial institutions in different jurisdictions as their annual retainer law firm.
