Foong & Partners - in association with WongPartnership is a boutique corporate and commercial firm founded in 2003 by managing partner Chee Meng Foong. The firm maintains an office in Kuala Lumpur and is a member of the WPG law network.

Throughout the research period, the firm was highly involved in the financial and corporate sector. It remained dedicated to providing support to global and international corporations, both public and private, as well as private equity firms and other commercial entities, in a variety of corporate dealings. These included cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures and management buyouts. Notable recent transactions include advising a landowner in a proposed partnership to develop a high-rise project in Johor Bahru, with an expected total worth of RM478.42 million (US$115.53 million).
