Highlights

In Banking & Finance, the firm advised RealStep SICAF S.p.A. in a 20.3 million EUR multi-tranche financing transaction granted by BPER Banca S.p.A. The transaction closed in March 2024. 

The M&A team worked along-side their client Angel Capital Management in the negotiation and execution of a “funded collar” contract with BofA Securities Europe. The transaction was valued at more than US$154 million and closed in June 2024.
