Highlights  

In a landmark insolvency matter, the firm advised Piramal Enterprises through a multi-stage case involving corporate and personal guarantors. The team secured a key victory by successfully advancing a novel interpretation of Section 18 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) to recover a high-value asset, setting a strategic precedent at the intersection of corporate and personal insolvency proceedings. 

In real estate finance, the firm structured a debt facility for Ganga Global Homes for its Ganga Nandaka project. The deal's complexity stemmed from an innovative cross-mortgaging structure that pooled assets from multiple entities into a unified security package.
