Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic Law Firm (DTB) is a Croatian firm established in 1994. It has a team of partners, lawyers and trainees based in Zagreb and is the Croatian member of SEE Legal, a regional law firm network. In addition, it is a member of international networks Nextlaw and lus Laboris. The firm provides legal services across financial, corporate and projects work. 

Highlights 

The firm's Banking & Finance team advised Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in all aspects of financing Studenac’s acquisitions of, among others, Lonia Trgovina d.o.o. and Pemo d.o.o. with respect to the Croatian law. The transaction closed in December 2024. 

The firm also acted as the local legal advisors to Aggreko in its strategic acquisition of Resalta. The transaction was valued at EUR 120 million and closed in July 2024.
