Dentons entered Italy in 2015, opening an office in Milan. It subsequently added an office in Rome in 2016.   

As part of the largest firm in the world, the Italian teams form part of a network of offices spanning over 200 locations across more than 80 countries.  

Highlights 

The firm advised a pool of banks as joint mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners in the issuing of a €1 billion "sustainability-linked loan" granted to Snam. The transaction closed in June 2024. 

The M&A team advised Adepa on the acquisition of Fidupar. The transaction involved entities in Italy and Luxembourg and closed in January 2024.
