Highlights 

The firm advised client Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, through its subsidiary Kongsberg Digital AS, which acquired the last portion to 100% of InterConsult Bulgaria. The transaction closed in June 2024. 

The team also acted as a legal adviser to the local subsidiaries of the Cargotec group, providing legal support to the client to meet local regulatory requirements so that their business can operate normally. The advice is currently ongoing.
