Highlights 

The firm was engaged by Eurizon Capital SA to assist them with the licensing of their Luxemburg management company and some of their investment fund product in Albania. The transaction closed in February 2024. 

The team is also advising Wolt to enter the Albanian market. The advice is currently ongoing.
