Highlights 

The Banking & Finance team advised Natixis and Intesa Sanpaolo as underwriters in the acquisition financing related to the purchase agreement entered by VTTI and IKAV aimed at acquiring a majority ownership of Terminale GNL Adriatico Srl. The transaction closed in December 2024. 

In M&A, the firm advised Leonardo on the signing of the agreements aimed at the creation of the new equal joint venture which involves the strategic collaboration between BAE Systems, Leonardo, and Japan Aircraft Industrial Enhancement Co Ltd. The agreements were signed in December 2024.
