The firm advised Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A on the acquisition financing related to the acquisition by F2i Holding Portuale S.r.l. of the 60% of the corporate capital of Solacem S.p.A. The transaction was valued at 53,150,000 EUR and is currently ongoing. 

The M&A team advised Unipol Gruppo in a transaction aimed at reorganizing the shareholding structure of the Unipol Group. The transaction closed in June 2024.
