BSA Ahmad Bin Hezeem & Associates was established in 2005. The firm has significantly expanded over the years and has nine offices across five countries in the Middle East. The team is led by managing partner Jimmy Haoula, who specialises in corporate, commercial banking and real estate transactions and has almost two decades of experience in the region. He is supported by a bench of seasoned partners including Rima Mrad (M&A) and Michael Kortbawi (banking).

The firm's expertise lies in domestic IPOs and local, regional and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. The corporate team specialises in private equity, dispositions strategic investments, joint ventures, establishment of entities, and general corporate advisory work. BSA also has a strong real estate practice. Jimmy Haoula was one of the legal pioneers who led the development of the regulatory framework in the real estate sector in Dubai, and has advised on many projects and developments including the first long-term lease real estate project, and many projects within Emaar Real Estate Developments.
