In Capital Markets, the firm advised Techstars Central LLC in structuring and negotiating No. 7 investment transactions in the corporate capital of the Italian startups Illuminem S.r.l., G2Q Computing S.r.l., Bestie Bite S.r.l., Intuos S.r.l., Nubo S.r.l., Reviway S.r.l. and Syllotips S.r.l. The transaction is currently ongoing. 

The M&A team advised Honeywell International in the acquisition via voluntary tender offer and subsequent take private of Civitanavi Systems S.p.A. The transaction was valued at US$200 million and closed in March 2024.
