BDK Advokati

Established in 2004, BDK Advokati is a full-service firm with offices in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. It opened its office in Podgorica in 2009. The firm has a practice in financial and corporate work and project development.

Highlights 

The team assisted in the acquisition of 95% share in the project company developing 39.6MW wind power plant Planik and 80MW solar power plant Planik. The transaction is currently ongoing. 

The firm also advised Omnipresent Group Limited on the incorporation of a LLC in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The transaction is currently ongoing.
