Addleshaw Goddard entered the Polish market in April 2025 after taking over Linklaters' office in Warsaw. The Warsaw office serves as a regional hub through which it can service clients across Poland, Turkey and the wider CEE region. The office is led by former Linklaters Warsaw managing partners Janusz Dzianachowski and Marcin Schulz.

The firm is known for its strengths in banking, M&A and project work. The firm has worked on strategically important projects in the renewables industry, including the first offshore wind farm project in Poland, and advises on every facet of the sector, including conventional power, and nuclear.
