Highlights
The firm advised on the refinancing of the real estate portfolio of ‘The Social Hub’ for the group of lenders including Aareal Bank, Rabobank and another financial services institution. The uniqueness of this deal is highlighted through the hybrid structure of ‘The Social Hub’ which caters to a new form of hospitality for co-working, events, hotel, extended-stay rooms and student accommodation. The deal was challenging in its multijurisdictional nature in the finanicng of existing properties and new properties.
In restructuring and insolvency, the firm advised Fuite Meat B.V. on the financial restructuring and acquisition of the Gosschalk Group through the relatively new Dutch Scheme (WHOA).
