During the research period, the banking and finance team was active in financing and refinancing mandates for a mix of client roles as lenders and borrowers.
In the capital markets area, the firm advised on debt and equity transactions. On the debt side, it did a mix of issuer and REIT manager side work on bond issues. On the equity side, it worked for issuers on IPOs.
In M&A ,the firm was active in public acquisitions, private acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. The deals were in the natural resources, technology and communications, financial services, consumer goods and services, and healthcare sectors.
In the project space, the firm was also involved in acquisitions relating to sectors in utility and energy, renewable, data centres, real estate and aviation.
