Research period review: 32nd edition (2021/2022)      

During the research cycle, the firm was active in advising on transactions and regulatory matters related to private equity and venture capital funds. It is also worth mentioning that the firm was active in advising regulatory mandates for fintech, digital assets, and payment services.  

The firm expanded its investment practice by hiring associates Amanda Goh and Kashib Shareef Ahmad. The firm also hired an independent contractor, Jennifer Eng to assist with matters involving China and the region.
