The firm advised Landcent on its equity investment through the formation of a joint venture company with Pharma Symbiosis Group, named EASE Diagnostics Africa.

The projects team, led by NanaAma Botchway and Achiaa Akobour Debrah is advising Prime Meridian Docks on the development of a world-class ship and rig repair and maintenance facility at the Takoradi Harbour. This is the first privately funded and operated floating dry dock facility in Ghana.
