Nido Education Limited (Nido) on its IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and IPO ‘roll up’ acquisitions of 24 childcare
centres across Australia. On the structured finance and
securitization
side, the firm acted for Citi in its
capacity as senior funded to the AFG group in respect of
a residential mortgage
securitization.
In the M&A space,
the firm
advised Bunge on the Australian legal aspects of its AUD34 billion mega-merger with Canada-based
Viterra, a private company incorporated in Jersey. The project team has been involved in various major construction projects by government bodies.
In the financial services regulatory sector, the team provided regulatory advice in relation to the Foreign Financial Services Providers (FFSP) regime in Australia.
