The firm was active in debt capital markets practice during the research period by advising on issuance of debt instruments predominantly sukuk and debentures.

The firm was also visible in the equity area where it primarily represented Agility in connection with Tristar Transport IPO on the Dubai Financial Market. The equity capital markets team also worked on rights issues.

In M&A the firm advised on several private acquisitions and joint venture deals for buyers, mostly in the technology space.
