Highlights

In a landmark project finance mandate, the firm advised Asian Development Bank (ADB), Export Finance Australia (EFA) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in relation to the project financing of the 144 MW Lotus wind farm in Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. It is the first limited recourse project financing of a wind power project in Vietnam by international lenders without export credit agency cover. It is also one of the largest wind power projects developed to date in Vietnam.
