Highlights
The firm advised Allied Irish Banks on its financing of the construction and forward sale by Quintain Ireland of 392 apartments at The Crossings in Adamstown to the Land Development Agency (LDA). This is the largest transaction of the LDA’s Project Tosaigh initiative.
In project development, a notable highlight includes the firm advising Highfield Solar on a project financing of a solar portfolio with Rabobank. The firm negotiated and drafted all financing documentation for the construction of the solar power plants. The construction of the plants will contribute more than 400 MW of energy to the Irish energy market.
